Involves conversation, postural assessment, and (on client request) brief demonstration of the work. Can also be done via Zoom (contact me directly to arrange). - Rolfing (Stow, MA) $160
60+ minutes. A strategic approach to postural pain and dysfunction. Improves posture, increases range of motion, and reduces pain. Identifies causes and corrects underlying conditions. Supplemented as needed by cold laser. The appropriate choice for the Rolfing 10-Series and for most clients.
- Extended Rolfing (Stow, MA) $240
120 minutes. A longer session for people traveling long distances or requiring more work. For some people and for some situations, 10-series sessions can be combined. Not recommended for first-time appointments.
